 FLY DSA ARENA SHEFFIELD Broughton Lane, Sheffield The Arena was built for the World Student Games as a multi-purpose venue for concerts, exhibitions and sporting events. Many top international stars have performed here including Tina Turner, Elton John, Paul Simon, and Celine Dion. The Arena is capable of holding an audience of over 12,000 (8,500 for sporting events). Click for Seating Plan or click for Seating Plan with Centre Stage. (guideline only - may vary for each concert) Box Office: 0114 2565656 Sporting events at the Arena include ice hockey with the Sheffield Steelers, showjumping, 6-a-side football and, occasionally, basketball with the Sheffield Sharks. The Arena is located in Sheffield's Don Valley a couple of miles from junction 34 of the M1 motorway. it is also served well by public transport including the Supertram which stops nearby.
